Calling biltong ‘jerky’ is sacrilege (and somewhat vice-versa) so combining the two worlds together should be blasphemous however we’re so confident in our new creation, we’ve proclaimed it in it’s title. Toasted coriander seeds blend with cayenne chilli, kaffir lime and cracked black pepper and the result is a delightful jerky-biltong Frankenstein’s monster of a protein hit.
And for those playing at home, YES this is basically our Kangaroo jerky using beef instead ;)
How long will this creation stick around for? Time (and sales) will tell!
INGREDIENTS: 100% Aussie Beef (86%), Gluten Free Soy Sauce [Water, Soybeans, Rice, Salt](7.1%), Worcestershire Sauce, Pepper, Coriander Seed (0.7%), Ground Kaffir Lime (0.7%), Dried Ground Chillies (0.4%), Apple Cider Vinegar, Sodium Nitrate.
CONTAINS: Soy.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Store in a dry, cool place out of direct sunlight.
Refrigerate after opening.
Consume within 3 days of opening.
