We believe our jerky is best enjoyed as fresh as possible! As such, we try not to keep a lot of stock sitting on our shelves and prefer to make our jerky with the intent on selling it within 2 weeks. With this in mind, orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days and your jerky should be received within a few days after that. We do things this way to ensure our product is of a high standard and free of any nasty, unnatural preservatives.

## **+ DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING? ** At current, unfortunately we do not offer express shipping. If you would like your jerky delivered for the weekend or a big event, please plan accordingly! ## **+ WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES? ** We charge the flat rate of $10 for shipping, shipped anywhere in Australia! If you spend over $60 on our site, shipping is free! ## **+ CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? ** Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to either the Australia Post tracking website OR Sendle tracking website, depending on which courier service your order will arrive. Please allow a few hours for your tracking number to become active. ## **+ MY SHIPMENT ARRIVED DAMAGED! ** We pride ourselves on making a high quality jerky - so we take extra care to ensure that the jerky is packaged well to ensure it remains fresh and undamaged. Unfortunately, your jerky may get damaged on it’s way to your door. If this happens, please contact us and we’ll work something out!
