ABOUT…

Our love for jerky originated 12 years ago. Fed up with the cost and poor quality of our favourite salty snack, we thought to ourselves, “how hard could it be?” We bought ourselves a small bench dehydrator and have been creating and tweaking flavours since then until now, when an opportunity came along to share our passion with everyone!

We want to change people’s perception of beef jerky and show everyone how amazing it can be! Don’t judge jerky based off that rubbish you get at supermarkets and petrol stations! Our beef jerky is made fresh every week by hand in small batches using premium 100% Australian beef with no nasty preservatives, MSG or fillers, using the highest quality ingredients to produce a delicious craft beef snack!

Each of our jerky flavours are distinctly different - from the seriously spicy Chilli to the mild and sweet Teriyaki, there’s bound to be a flavour to suit your palate! Our thick-cut jerky is not too dry, but also not too soft - you still have to work for the reward but trust us when we say, you won’t be disappointed!

We make our jerky with the intention to sell it all within a few weeks. When you buy your jerky from us you can rest assured knowing that you are getting the absolute freshest jerky possible! We want to bring jerky to the mainstream. Being high in protein and low in fat and carbs, we believe it is a viable, healthy alternative to other snack foods. Jerky is perfect as an on-the-go snack whilst travelling, camping or hiking. It’s also a perfect companion to a cheeseboard at a party, or a quiet night in paired with a full-bodied red or a hoppy ale!
